Shipping + Returns

We like to keep things simple at Tops 2 Toes. So for that reason, Australia wide postage is free! 

All our orders are sent via standard post (locally) or standard international airmail - this will not include a tracking number. However, upgrades to express or tracked postage is available to contact us for a quote if this is your preference. 

Unfortunately, once the item has been dispatched, we cannot take any responsibility for it. Once we have sent it on its way, it is out of our hands. 

Products will be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless otherwise specified for any pre-order items. Orders sent locally within Australia should reach their new homes within 2-5 business days and items travelling internationally should arrive within 7-14 business days (depending on the country). Any customs duty or tax is at the expense of the buyer.  

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) so please take care to convert if this is not your local currency. 

Please take your time whilst ordering and ensure you select carefully. Returns or Exchanges will only be actioned if there is a problem or fault with our product. We will not return or exchange due to change of mind.
